SUMMARY:Monthly garden visit - The Priest’s House and Almonry Barn\, Muchelney\, nr Langport
DESCRIPTION:Saturday 8th August \nThe Priest’s House and Almonry Barn\, Muchelney\, nr Langport \nMinibus fare £6 (Garden entry £7 – covers both gardens) \nThe Priest’s House is a National Trust property\, but this is a National Garden Scheme day so there should be fewer visitors there today. The house is occupied so it is only the garden\, not the house that we’ll be going to. Please note that the National Trust website says that the pathway to the house from the road is 100 yards and is unevenly paved. Almonry Barn is a 2-acre garden around a barn that was once part to Muchelney abbey. Tea and cake\, and plant sales\, will be available here. \n\nFor bookings\, please email or call; john.simmons3462@gmail.com \, 07855-944049.
