North Somerset Council is reviewing the Mobile Library timetable and is inviting residents to share their feedback.

Over time, the current timetable has evolved to accommodate various service changes, resulting in significant travel between stops across North Somerset. The proposed changes aim to make the service more efficient by grouping stops in similar areas. This means less time driving and more time with customers.

The new timetable is based on usage data from the past two years and aims to better match local demand. Some stops have been adjusted to reach specific demographics, such as aligning with school times.

Please note, this is a review of the Mobile Library timetable only—a separate review of the library service overall will take place later this summer.

The feedback survey is open from Monday 5th May until Sunday 15th June. You can complete it here: https://forms.cloud.microsoft/e/NvSFx4Vjr9
Alternatively, feedback can also be shared directly with the mobile library driver during your next visit.
