North Somerset Council has made a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order to allow Shire Homes (SW) Ltd to install new gas and water pipes and connect storm water drainage on Ladymead Lane.

To ensure public safety, this section of Ladymead Lane will be closed to vehicles during the works.

🚨 Access will be maintained for:

  • Emergency services

  • Residents who must access properties within the closure

  • Official works vehicles and site traffic

⚠️ While the order allows for closure up to 18 months, the works are expected to last around 62 days. Signs will be displayed when the closure is active.
