🚧 Temporary Road Closure: Duck Lane, Langford – May 2026
North Somerset Council has given notice that Duck Lane, Langford will be temporarily closed to vehicles from 11th May 2026 to allow National Grid to carry out overhead line works.
📅 Expected duration: Approximately 5 days
📍 Location: From outside Spring Gardens to Elm Farm
The legal order allows for works within an 18-month period, but the closure is only expected to be in place for around five days while the work is completed.
🚨 Access will be maintained for:

Works vehicles
-
Properties that can only be accessed via the closed section, where safe to do so
Traffic management and signage will be in place while the closure is active.
