Temporary Road Closure: Ladymead Lane, Langford – March 2026
North Somerset Council has given notice that Ladymead Lane, outside Churchill Memorial School, will be temporarily closed to vehicles from 31st March 2026 (from 9:30am).
The closure is required to allow Bristol Water to carry out essential repairs to a leaking pipe.
🕒 Expected duration: Approximately 2 days
⚠️ The legal notice allows for up to 5 days, but the works are expected to be completed sooner.
📍 Location:
Ladymead Lane, outside Churchill Memorial School
🚨 Access will be maintained for:
- Emergency vehicles
- Properties where access is essential and safe
🚗 Alternative route:
Via Bristol Road, Stock Lane and Pudding Pie Lane
Traffic management and signage will be in place during the works.
