Temporary Road Closure: Duck Lane, Langford – April 2026

🚧 Temporary Road Closure: Duck Lane, Langford – April 2026

North Somerset Council has given notice that Duck Lane, Langford will be temporarily closed to vehicles from 10th April 2026 to allow Bristol Water to carry out essential repairs to a leaking stop tap.

🕒 Expected duration: Approximately 4 days
⚠️ The legal notice allows for up to 5 days, but the closure will only be in place as required.

📍 Location:
Outside The White House, Duck Lane

🚨 Access will be maintained for:

  • Emergency services
  • Residents and properties within the closure

⚠️ No formal diversion route is available, but access will be managed locally where possible.

Traffic management and signage will be in place during the works.
