Temporary Road and Footpath Closure: Langford Road & Saxon Street, Langford – June 2026
North Somerset Council has given notice that Langford Road and Saxon Street will be temporarily closed to all traffic, including vehicles, pedestrians, cyclists and horse riders, from 23rd June 2026.
The closure is required to allow Wildwood Treecare to carry out essential tree works.
📅 Expected duration: 2 days
🕒 Working hours: 8:30am to 3:30pm
📍 Location of works:
Outside The Stables, on the corner of Saxon Street and Langford Road.
⚠️ The closure will only be in place when signs, cones and barriers are displayed.
🚨 Access will be maintained for emergency services where possible.
🚗 Alternative route:
Via the A38 Bypass, Stock Lane (B3133) and the unaffected section of Langford Road.
Please allow extra time for journeys and follow all diversion signs in place during the works.
